Simeon B. Umar is an entrepreneur, real estate investor, and visionary leader committed to expanding access to property investment in Nigeria. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of TLX Limited, he has dedicated his work to creating innovative platforms that enable individuals to participate in the real estate sector regardless of their income level.

Michael Oghogho Iliromah, Esq. serves as the Legal Partner to TLX Limited, bringing extensive expertise in real estate law, commercial transactions, and corporate structuring. Olanrewaju Abiodun, ACA, is a Chartered Accountant and finance professional with over eight years of experience in financial reporting, financial modelling, financial analysis, and the application of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). He brings strong expertise in financial systems, reporting accuracy, and data-driven decision-making that supports sustainable business growth and operational transparency.

Mike Adeniji is a seasoned Software Engineer and IT expert with hands-on experience delivering multiple large-scale solutions, including the Edo State Waste Management System, Lagos State Leave Automation System, Academia School Management System, Guestio Visitor Management System, as well as various microfinance applications. He has also provided IT consultancy services to several organizations and government agencies.

Surv. Adediji Babatunde is a highly respected surveyor, property consultant, and construction professional with over a decade of experience in Nigeria’s real estate and construction industries. He possesses extensive expertise in land surveying, property documentation, land registration, and real estate advisory services.
He is a graduate of the prestigious Federal School of Surveying and Federal University of Technology Akure, and holds a Master’s degree in Housing Development and Management from the University of Ibadan.
